Fazl-e-Khaliq was orphan Student of Sarhadi Yateem Khana(SYK) in 1949. After Completing his education in SYK. He joined Pak Army as Nursing Assistant in 1957.He did M.A history(Private). After that he moved to Saudi Arab. Worked their as Nursing Assistant in Ministry Of Health. He retired in 1990. Moved back to Pakistan. Currently working in Sir Syed school and college Risalpur as administrator and also doing property business.
